We have been assisting troops since Jan 2003.

We previously were parented by The National Heritage Foundation. In August 2006 when the Pension Act of 2006 was approved, we applied and was approved for our own foundation. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE !

In 2006 we kept more then 99% of all donations going to the cause!

less the 1% was used for admin and fund raising. YEAH !

US Troop Support Foundation will provide care packages and emergency relief to all military personnel in need, providing funds are available and the need is legitimate.

All support and relief provided by US Troop Support

Foundation is voluntary and not prompted in any manner

or desire for gain.

OUR VISION

To see that all military personnel have a place to seek assistance with travel and personal matters that are the result of emergencies occurring while they are serving active duty; nd to provide these services without obligation of repayment from those serving our country.

WHAT WE DO

US Troop Support Foundation welcomes any and all United States military personnel serving on active duty, along with their families, to contact us for care packages and emergency relief including travel and travel-associated expenses

HOW WE DO IT

US Troop Support Foundation contacts military families and relies heavily upon word-of-mouth communication. Volunteers contact company commanders and ask them to spread our message.

WHERE DO WE GET THE FUNDS

Funds used by the US Troop Support Foundation are provided by fundraiser's, volunteers, businesses, and PEOPLE WHO CARE!

OUR PROMISE

As long as funds are available, we will do everything possible to get care packages to the military personnel that want/need care packages. US Troop Support Foundation will do everything possible to assist military personnel with travel expenses for emergencies without obligation of repayment of any kind. Assistance to military families is available under certain extenuating circumstances. Final decisions on assistance will be made by our board of directors.

please look at our 990 we will be more then happy to supply a full copy of this upon request ! below is the first 3 pages ! it states from jan - dec 2006. please remember we broke away from NHF in Aug 2006 and became our own public foundation as of aug 06 so this is actually only for aug - dec 06.

Note line E. Direct public support includes : items, postage stamps and cash ! We recieve a lot of items to send. We work very hard to get the postage to mail it !

Please note when looking at a financial statement that our postage is high due to the fact we must pay postage to mail care packages to our troops.
