We are already getting requests from families to be placed on the Assistance list for Christmas. We are also beginning to prepare for Christmas care packages for our troops. We are in the proess of collecting their wish lists and hope to have them all by Oct 15th.

Christmas 2007 we assisted 48 families and sent out over 7,000 Christmas care packages ! We could never had done this without generous patritotic folks like you !

US Troop Support Foundation and 106-5 The WOLF proudly support The Hometown Heroes Fun Fund! The Fund, begun by an anonymous donor who wanted to help troops get reacclimated to Kansas City life after being in combat, awards small “dream packs” to returning men and women for activities they enjoy and have missed while away. It could be anything from tickets to a sporting event, dinner with friends, going to the movies with the family and a variety of other things! If you’d like to nominate a returning troop, please log on to www.1065thewolf.com and tell us about them. 106-5 The WOLF’s Darren, Tim & Codie randomly award gifts from the Fund to returning men and women on the air Monday through Friday between 5 and 10 a.m. Please note that the troop awarded a gift from the Fund must have a valid military ID and deployment papers showing return home from a combat area or DD214 showing overseas combat tour or overseas combat orders to redeem their gift. (DD214’s can be used within 30 days of ETS/EAS). If you or your business is interested in making a donation to the Hometown Heroes Fun Fund and helping our men and women in uniform enjoy something they missed while away, please click the DONATE link at the bottom of this page and note “FUN FUND” in the specifications section. USTS sends Christmas Trees
and decorations during the Christmas season
to units and Service
members who ask for them. We also
send Bibles and religious materials
to those that request them. Our Military
may not believe in Santa Claus but they do
Believe in GOD and Country and most do
like to celebrate the Birth of Christ.
USTS also trys to send anything our
troops ask for , as long as it is legal
and possible to send. These young men
and women are far from home fighting for
America. We believe this is the least we can do !
If you choose not to stand behind them,
then PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GO OVER
AND STAND IN FRONT OF THEM !

Gail's Harley Davidson 
USTS will be at Gail's Harley Davidson
for the annual 9-11 Tribute Ride.
Each year hundreds to thousands join in to pay tribute to those who protect America.
There will be events for the whole family.
Even if you don't ride, come on out and join the fun..
Plenty of food, vendors, things for the kids
and some really cool Bands.
Events begin at 11 am
Flag ceremony at 1:30
Ride starts at 4 pm
There will also be T-shirts and Pins to commemorate the event. Proceeds from T-shirts and Pins will be donated to
US Troop Support.

As Oct starts we will be starting Christmas for Combat! Our goal is to get a christmas care package to ever troop on our list. We currently send to more than 7600 on a rotating basis.
