Good Afternoon,

I just spent some time on your U.S. Troop Support Foundation website, and
I believe that the information, as well as the services, that you provide are really
helpful for your viewers. It is also an appropriate portal for those who are dealing
with mesothelioma, a cancer that is still sadly almost virtually unknown despite
its seriousness. My name is Molly, and I'm with Mesothelioma & Asbestos Cancer
Resource, which I think could be useful resource for your readers. Your website
provides your viewers with information meant to support and educate in your
Military / Info Links section, and an issue that is becoming highly publicized
is the high rate of people who are starting to deal with the pain of asbestos related
diseases. Mesothelioma, specifically, is a type of lung cancer that more people
are interested in as a growing number of individuals are diagnosed with it. We
have a page based specifically on asbestos cancer at and veterans
www.asbestos.net/
that provides valuable insight and facts.

We concentrate solely on the knowledge of, and the issues stemming from
asbestos exposure. So in our efforts to provide patients, care givers, and even
potential patients with every treatment option possible to help fight this
heartbreaking disease, we ask for your support by providing a link from your
website to ours. The more information that is out there, the more support people
suffering may receive as the dangers of Asbestos and mesothelioma gain more
 exposure.
Original content is also something we can provide for you, as our editorial team
writes articles about current issues around mesothelioma.

You will notice some characteristics separating us from the typical
mesothelioma website. We are Oncologist reviewed and have accompanying
videos on many of the pages,
for those who may be hard of seeing or who want
to utilize the ease these videos provide.
We also have credible and thorough
content, around 2200 pages worth, that remains our central purpose.

If you do choose to include us as a resource, please drop me a quick
email letting me know. As I realize you may be busy, I will follow up
with you in the following couple of weeks.

Best regards,

Molly MacIntyre

The Better Business
Bureau has set up strictly
for Military now
here is the link
http://www.bbb.org/us/military

It has recently been brough to our attention
that
Marine Chevrolet  located in Jacksonville, NC
has  sold cars to young
troops  without  drivers license.
We have been told that this business has made
unethical "deals" with young troops, that
either
have no experience in buying  car or
 negotiating
a contract.   We  have called them,
reguarding a car
sold to one of our young Marines. It was
a used car
with high mileage and  at a 16.9% interest
rate.
The Marine did not even have a license.
An NCO  from that unit contacted the dealer
and
explained that this Marine did not even
understand
he had actually purchased the car, The young
Marine thought he was signing a a contract to
hold
the car for a few days  to think about it and
thought
it was just a formality.   The dealer ship
does not
participate in a 72 hour clause and refused
to let the
Marine out of the purchase. We called the
dealer ship
and tried to speak to them.  A man claiming
to be the
general Mgr told us  it was the Marines
problem ,
not theirs and they was NOT going to let him
out
of the contract.   Why would a dealership
sell a car
to someone that does not have a drivers
license?  Please
do not  patronize  businesses  with these
type of ethics !

It has recently been brought to our attention
that many injured troops are unaware that
they have benefits through their SGLI
policies.   If you have been injued in combat, Make sure you have  spoken to your Unit
Commander and asked about the benefits
you may recieve under your SGLI policy.
It is no longer only a Life Insurance policy.
You may qualify for  up to $400 thousand
dollars  depending on your injury and
disability.

This is one of many web sites you may want to
check  for
Military benefits:

http://www.armedforcesbenefits.org/

Some  of  these you may be able to just click on
others  you may need to copy and paste.  Enjoy !

America Supports You is a DOD sponsored
program where folks can go and find
foundations that support our troops.
Do not  be afraid to call or contact any
of these foundations and ask what
percentage stays in the program. Also,
do not always take their word  for it. Some volunteers  assume and pass their
assumptions on to you. Ask for a copy of
their 990 and know who you are donating
to and how much of your money is really
 going to the cause.
Some foundations were created not only to
"help" our troops, but to create high
paying jobs for "volunteers". We have run
across foundations unable to provide help to
our troops and their families, because they
had to meet payroll. After looking
at their 990, we found "Volunteer"
employees  making from $90,000  to almost
a half million dollars a year! We are not trying
to put down other foundations. We just want
you as a donor to be aware of  how to know
whereyour money goes!  The Better Business Bureau now has  reports on many of
the foundations.
You can also check the BBB website for info.
Ask details of what the foundation actually
does for  our troops!

America Supports  you was in the Media
Dec 2008   for misappropriation  of over
9 million dollars.
Please  click on the following LINK  and
read the story. yoU MAY NEED TO COPY
AND PASTE THIS .

We are no longer AFFLIATED  WITH  ASY
FOR THIS
REASON. FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS
WE COULD
 NOT GET ANY INFORMATION OR
 CONTACT THEM
CONCERNING THIS MATTER.
WE FEEL THE PUBLIC
 SHOULD KNOW  HOW POOR DOD
WORKED ON
HELPING OUR TROOPS .

The Mesothelioma Cancer Center is committed to providing the latest,
up-to-date information to our visitors in the hopes of spreading
awareness about the dangers of asbestos cancer.  According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, there are currently 25 million living
individuals who have served in the United States' armed forces.
Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of these living veterans were
exposed to toxic asbestos-containing materials during military service.  Asbestos.com offers a one-stop resource on all asbestos issues
ranging from occupational exposure, to treatment options for epithelial mesothelioma .

Thanks again,

Countless veterans are currently suffering from life-threatening illnesses
that are a result of exposure to asbestos, a material that was commonly
used in hundreds of military applications, products, and ships primarily
because of its resistance to fire.  Unfortunately, asbestos-related diseases
are not always recognized by the VA, which is why we’ve hired a knowledgeable
24-year navy veteran that can assist those affected by asbestos-related
diseases with filing for VA benefits.

Countless veterans were exposed to asbestos during their military service.
The Mesothelioma Treatment Center is the leader in information on asbestos
exposure and mesothelioma doctors, if you've recieved
a mesothelioma prognosis . They provide a complete list of occupations,
ships, and shipyards that could have put our Veterans at risk for developing
asbestos-related diseases. In addition, they have thousands of articles
regarding asbestos and mesothelioma and we’ve even created a
veterans-specific section on their website in order to help inform veterans
about the dangers of asbestos exposure.
