Hello everyone,

A fellow ‘America Supports You’ organization, America United is working in conjunction with ABC on an event to show support of our troops. USAA presents “America United: In Support of Our Troops” airs on ABC on Sunday September 7th at 9/8c.

This is an opportunity for us to send a clear message to the troops, “America supports you!” We want to bring as many people together behind this common cause as possible so that the troops and their families will know that their efforts have not been forgotten. Please join us in celebrating their service.

For over 60 years, America's top entertainers have rallied behind our brave men and women in uniform, to show their support and to help raise morale. From Bob Hope to Marilyn Monroe – celebrities have consistently gone the distance to demonstrate their appreciation. Now the tradition continues for a new generation of talent – and for a new generation of Americans.
On Sunday Sept 7th, USAA Presents, "America United: In Support of Our Troops," a 2-hour special saluting those men and women who keep our nation safe ... and their families who sacrifice so much for all of us.
Please tune in as they host some of the biggest names in entertainment and enjoy exciting appearances and performances by Janet Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Pam Anderson, Toby Keith, Jessica Simpson, DL Hughley, ZZ Top, Clint Black, Kathy Griffin, Ne-Yo, Girls Next Door, Ali Landry (Former Miss America), Carlos Mencia, Sean Merriman (NFL Star), Joe Nichols, Jordin Sparks, Sam Moore (Sam and Dave), Charlie Wilson (The Gap Band), and more as they take the stage around the country and at military bases worldwide.
This event will entertain, warm the heart and remind us why we are "Proud to be Americans." Join us as we celebrate with a new generation of talent ... in support of a new generation of troops.

A New Program

US Troop Support Foundation and 106-5 The WOLF proudly support The Hometown Heroes Fun Fund! The Fund, begun by an anonymous donor who wanted to help troops get reacclimated to Kansas City life after being in combat, awards small “dream packs” to returning men and women for activities they enjoy and have missed while away. It could be anything from tickets to a sporting event, dinner with friends, going to the movies with the family and a variety of other things! If you’d like to nominate a returning troop, please log on to www.1065thewolf.com and tell us about them. 106-5 The WOLF’s Darren, Tim & Codie randomly award gifts from the Fund to returning men and women on the air Monday through Friday between 5 and 10 a.m. Please note that the troop awarded a gift from the Fund must have a valid military ID and deployment papers showing return home from a combat area or DD214 showing overseas combat tour or overseas combat orders to redeem their gift. (DD214’s can be used within 30 days of ETS/EAS).

US TROOP SUPPORT FOUNDATION
is a non profit   NON POLITICAL Grass Roots 501 (c) (3) foundation started in Jan 2003 by the Parents of a young Marine deploying . Initially a small group of friends and family then to a foundation parented by NHF then in to 2006, to a Foundation of it's own.
Starting with 187 US MARINES in 2003 to  now in 2008, supporting over 7,000 combat troops from all branches. US Troop Support Foundation continues to grow.

US Troop Support Foundation has supported more than 155,000 troops since it began almost 6 years ago. Sending care packages, letters, phone cards and emails.
US Troop Support Foundation not only assists combat troops, but also assists families of combat troops when funds are available.

Family assistance is done more as a "go between". After verification of a problem, we
try our best to help find a solution and the right people to help fix it. If it is for financial
assistance, we provide what ever is possible
in the way of direct pay to the debt. We do not
give cash financial assistance.

US Troop Support Foundation is made up of all volunteers!

NO ONE GETS PAID!

We keep more than 99% going
to the cause!

It is impossible to keep 100% going to the cause.   We must pay Secretary of State fees . We also spend a very small amount on
booth fees for fund raisers to benefit our troops, and a very minimal amount on office and management.

Our IRS Form 990 's for 2006 and 2007 is available for public viewing . Please scroll down this page to see both of them.
